On behalf of Rise, it is with great pride that I thank you for your attendance at the Rotman Family Entrepreneurship Awards.
On November 15, 2023, we gathered the Rise community to celebrate the outstanding achievements and resilience of Rise clients and volunteers to remarkably inspiring ends.
We would like to thank Anne-Marie Mediwake for hosting the event and leading such a personal and thought-provoking panel discussion. And to the award recipients: thank you for sharing your stories and experiences so candidly.
This was the third consecutive year that we have hosted the awards via Zoom, and we are grateful to you, our guests, for continuing to embrace the virtual format. Your ongoing support, whether as a partner, donor, volunteer, or client, is the reason Rise has been able to weather the challenges of the pandemic. And it’s because of you that we are emerging from it stronger than before.
