Boafoa Kwamena

Boafoa Kwamena is currently Director of the Strategic and Intergovernmental Policy Branch at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure. With more than 10 years of experience in the Ontario Public Service, she has held numerous positions, including: Director, Project Implementation Branch at the Ministry of Infrastructure; Director, Child Care Quality Assurance and Licensing; Executive Assistant and Director to the Secretary of the Cabinet and Head of the Ontario Public Service; Senior Policy Adviser in Cabinet Office; Manager of Health and Social Infrastructure Policy in Treasury Board Secretariat; and Executive Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure.

Boafoa began her career in the federal government and holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Waterloo and a master's in public administration from Dalhousie University.
