Our 2026 fiscal year brought many changes—we welcomed a new CEO and began the invigorating work of looking at Rise through new eyes. It was a year of listening and learning, and the lessons we learned now shape the priorities of our new strategic plan. Our 2027-2029 strategic plan reflects both continuity and change. We will continue to deliver high-touch support grounded in the compassionate accountability that defines Rise, while strengthening how we assess client needs, provide wrap-around supports, measure long-term outcomes, and build sustainable partnerships. Together, these efforts ensure we can meet clients where they are on their journey with the right supports to empower their improved personal and financial well-being.
